He holds a B.Eng in Electronics and Computer Engineering with a major in Telecommunications from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria, and an MBA in Project Management from the University of Nigeria Nsukka Business School, Enugu. With over a decade of business development experience in banking, Dubem is a Chartered Banker and recipient of the prestigious Banker of the Year award.
